Our range of services also includes the preparation of ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLANS (EMP) AND to undertake ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING during the construction and operational phases of a project.

An EMP is prepared and submitted to the DOE for review and approval prior to commencement of site clearing, earthworks, and operations. The EMP framework will detail the details of the project, the Environmental Management Unit, Monitoring Programme and the Control Measures to be implemented on-site.

Upon commencement of works onsite, the Project Proponent is required to carry out scheduled Environmental Monitoring of Water Quality, Air Quality, Ambient Noise Levels and even Vibration levels (some projects). We carry out the Environmental Monitoring and submit these reports to the Client and the DOE. Where required, we can provide full-time Environmental Officers (EO) to be stationed at the project site. The requirement for an EO is based on the EIA Approval Conditions.

Our team of consultants carry out regular and scheduled Environmental Audits to ensure that the project meets the EIA Conditions of Approval. This provides peace of mind for a client, knowing that all their environmental needs and requirements are met.

Water Pollution Monitoring

For projects along the coastline or in sensitive water catchment areas such as rivers, a client may want to consider the installation of a continuous Online Monitoring System for water quality. Such devices are robust and anchored to the seabed or riverbed. All data is transmitted via telemetry direct to the computers and mobile phones of the Client.

Noise Pollution Monitoring

Noise or sound level monitoring or measurement is a process to measure the magnitude of Noise in industries and residential area. ... Noise pollution is Low or High-frequency sound that can cause/harm the activity of human life. It can be caused by various industrial Machines, Motor Vehicles and Craft etc.

Air Pollution Monitoring

An example of Air Pollution Modelling being carried out to ascertain the dispersion of pollutant parameters from the point source (The AERMOD software is a steady-state Gaussian dispersion model that is widely used the world over).
